I relocated to the Eastern Shore of Virginia in 2010. In 2012 I started with Weichert Realtors Mason-Davis, and since then have served on MLS committee, tech committee, and on the Board of Directors for Eastern Shore Association of Realtors. Whether you are a Buyer or Seller, you have to navigate environmental acts, and home, septic, soil, inspections. Plus the unknown that may pop up!
